Hello Lean Dreamers!
Today is Monday so that means it’s Weigh-In day! I decided to do Mondays instead of Fridays so that I can hold myself accountable over the weekend. I tend to binge on the weekends so I’m hoping knowing that I have a weigh-in coming up each Monday will help me to have more self-control.
So, here are my results from this morning…
FYI, I’m 5’6”. My short-term goal is to get back to ONE-derland! I’m aiming to lose 2-3 pounds per week, so I should be 199 pounds by October! That would be AMAZING. It gets overwhelming to think about the future and how much I have to do, so I am taking this one day at a time and just thinking about what I need to do TODAY to reach my goal.
