Hey Lean Dreamers!
I’m not gonna lie, I kicked but this week! I got my meal prep done, I kept my calories low, and I exercised regularly. If only every week could be like this. I noticed that when I’m not on my period or PMSing I can do anything LOL So I’m trying to take advantage of this time when I’m not being sabotaged by Mother Nature and hormones.
On 9/1/2017 I weighed 228.0 pounds.
On 9/8/2017 I weighed 222.4 pounds.
That’s right, I lost 5.6 pounds in one week! Obviously, this is not normal. Since I had been eating A LOT the prior weeks and then cut back to about 1200-1300 calories per day and drank a lot of water that is why I’m seeing such great results this first week. Moving forward I hope to see at least 2 – 3 pounds each week.
I’m trying to lose 10 pounds this month, and a total of 29 pounds by the end of the year. Basically my goal is to finally be in ONEderland by the end of the year. In case you are not familiar with the term, Onederland is when your weight begins with the number one.
One of my other goals for this month is to lose 3 inches from my waist.
On 9/1/2017 my waist was 39.5 inches.
On 9/8/2017 my waist was 39 inches.
I lost 1/2 an inch from my waist! My stomach is my sore spot that causes me the most anxiety and insecurity so the fact that it shrunk even a little bit is a major deal for me.
That’s all I have for this week. I’ll be weighing in again on Friday, 9/15/2017 hoping that the scale will show 220 pounds or lower. *fingers crossed*
