This is the HoMedics HealthStation Glass Body Fat Scale. This is the current scale I use to weigh myself, measure my body fat, my total body water, my basal metabolic rate (BMR) and my body mass index (BMI). I talk more about the scale in this blog post.
I’m obsessed with anything Jillian Michaels does. She is a huge inspiration to me for both my weight loss and entrepreneurial goals. I love this Beginner Shred workout because it’s only 20 minutes but you feel the burn and see results!
This was the first Jillian Michaels DVD I ever tried! The 30 Day Shred workout is only 20 minutes but is super challenging! When I first tried it I couldn’t keep up, but after a week I was killing it! I quickly noticed an increase in my stamina. It didn’t get easy, of course, but it was doable and my body responded well to it.
